Join The Como Park Snowsports Booster Club on Saturday, April 11th for our first-ever fundraising dinner and silent auction!
The buffet dinner has an Italian theme in honor of the lake (and its park) named after famously beautiful Lake Como in the Italian Alps. The menu includes chicken Parmesan served with penne pasta and Italian roasted vegetables, Caesar salad and other side dishes. including gluten free and vegetarian options. There will be tiramisu to sweeten the end of the meal. The dinner will be prepared and served by Prom Catering, award-winning culinary professionals.
The evening’s program will include sharing stories and photos from our recent season, a cash bar, live music and a silent auction. We also hope to catch a sunset view from the octagonal chalet’s windows. By mid-April the view of Como Park should be green and beautiful.
Proceeds from the dinner will go to the Como Park Snowsports Booster Club. The Booster Club supports the community ski area operated by the City of St. Paul Parks and Recreation Department. Our mission is to passionately support snow sports for the diverse youth of our urban community in an accessible, safe and fun learning environment while promoting a healthy, active lifestyle. We do this by raising money for scholarships and equipment improvements
